An important paint manufacturer has commissioned us the creation of a hydraulic power pack to interlock an industrial mixer for acrylic and epoxy paint.
The hydraulic power pack is used in the rotation phase and hydraulic lifting of the shaft, thus allowing the paint mixing or agitation to be carried out.
We have designed and manufactured a hydraulic power pack composed of:
- Customized hydraulic tank;
- Three-phase electric motor;
- Closed-circuit cut-off piston pump with electronic displacement control;
- Displayed electronic pressure switch;
- Temperature transmitter with IO-Link system;
- Customized hydraulic manifolds.
